Costs
For participants, the conference fee is 800 €**and for speakers* is 600 €**.
It will include: participation in conference sessions, conference materials, participation in regional evening and gala dinner, 2 bed and breakfasts.
Speakers should inform of their willingness to participate to 31-th January 2019 and participants to 14-th May 2019.
* The speaker is a representative of a scientific research institution or a person presenting the results of scientific research. The cost of participation of the person giving the paper/presentation containing the advertisement is 600 EUR (speaker's participation amount) + 360 EUR (the amount for the advertising of the company).
** VAT exemption - Legal basis for the dismissal: Article 43 paragraph 1 point 26 of the Act of March 11 2004 about tax on goods and services (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1221, item later changes).
All participants who submit a completed entry registration form no later than 31.03.2019 will receive a 10% discount.
