Certification Office performs conformity assessment for products
covered by the following regulations (directives):

 

  • Act of 16th April 2004 on construction products (National certification voluntary & obligatory) - Journal of Laws - DZ. U. of 2021 item 1213 consolidated text;
  • Regulation 2016/426/EU of The European Parliament and of Council of 9 March 2016 relating to appliances burning gaseous fuels (OJEU of 31.03.2016 L 81) - full scope;
  • Directive 92/42/EEC of 21 May 1992 on efficiency requirements for new hot-water boilers fired with liquid or gaseous fuels (OJEU of 22.6.1992 L 167) - full scope;
  • 2014/68/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 on the harmonisation of the laws of the Member States relating to the making available on the market of pressure equipment (OJEU of 2014 L 189) - up to III category;
  • Directive 2014/32/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on the harmonisation of the laws of the Member States relating to the making available on the market of measuring instruments (OJEU of 29.3.2014 L 96)- gas-meters and volume conversion devices (MI-002);
  • Regulation of the European Parliament and of Council No. 305/2011 of 9th March 2011 laying down harmonised conditions for the marketing of construction products and repealing Council Directive 89/106/EEC;

Certification Office carries out also voluntary certification for safety and quality mark.

Certification Office provides the assessment and verification of the constancy of performance according to Regulation No. 305/2011 of 9th March 2011 laying down harmonised conditions for the marketing of construction products and repealing Council Directive 89/106/EEC basing on Certification Programme No. PCW-12.

The office also conducts a voluntary conformity assessment of parts for volume conversion devices in accordance with the PCW-10 Certification Program. The component certificate or assessment certificate issued on this basis may be used to conduct a modular assessment of compliance with the requirements of the MID Directive of the complete type 2 volume conversion devices.
